Robin Wolpert is an appellate practitioner, business litigator, and white-collar criminal defense attorney at Sapientia Law Group in Minneapolis. Her 25-year career began in Big Law, and she went on to serve as a prosecutor and Senior Counsel of Compliance & Business Conduct at 3M. Robin handles a diverse mix of criminal and civil lawsuits and appeals, focusing on constitutional law, defamation, business fraud, money laundering, and cyber-harassment and misinformation campaigns. She earned her B.A. from Colby College, her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. Robin is passionate about public service. Robin is Past President of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, Past President of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Past Founder and Treasurer of the Institute for Well Being In Law (IWIL), Delegate at Large of the ABA House of Delegates, Member the ABA’s Rule of Law Initiative, and Past Member of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism She served on the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being from 2018-20. She was Chair of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board from 2017-2021, responsible for oversight of Minnesota’s lawyer disciplinary system.
