Post-industrial cities like Philadelphia, Detroit, and New Orleans are each plagued by tens of thousands of blighted properties, but remedying the problem is rarely straightforward. At the ABA’s Annual Meeting, host Laurence Colletti is joined by Lin Chin, Amber Knee, and Jessica Bacher to discuss the multitude of causes for these blighted properties, the scale of the problem, and some of the ways cities and private organizations are addressing the issue.
