Ann Keele is a shareholder at Hall Estill in its Tulsa, Oklahoma office after serving as Special Judge for the
Fourteenth Judicial District Court for the State of Oklahoma from 2019-2023. During her time as a Special
Judge, Keele presided over Family, Victim Protective Order, Misdemeanor and Emergency Guardianship
dockets in Tulsa County. She was selected as Oklahoma Family Judge of the Year by the Oklahoma Bar
Association Family Law Section in 2022, and was named Oklahoma Family Law Attorney of the Year in
2017. In 2023, she was inducted into the Broken Arrow High School Hall of Fame as one of its Great
Graduates, and also received the Neil E. Bogan Award for Professionalism from the Tulsa County Bar
Association. She currently serves on the Susan G. Komen Foundation Board of Directors for Oklahoma.
Ann has served as President of the Tulsa County Bar Association (2018-2019), as well as the Foundation
(2021-2023), and as a member of the Executive Council for the National Conference of Bar Presidents
(2019-2022). Ann has served on the University of Tulsa Board of Directors since 2018, and was elected to
serve as the President for 2024-2025. She has also been selected to serve as an officer for the National
Conference of Bar Presidents starting in August 2024 for which she will ascend to President in August 2027.
Ann has nearly 20 years of litigation experience, and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbel, and
was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2025.
