Ted Folkman is the founder of Folkman LLC and was previously a partner at Pierce Bainbridge in Boston. He is a civil litigator and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s International Law Section. Before private practice, Folkman clerked for U.S. District Judge Ann Aldrich in the Northern District of Ohio. He is a graduate of Princeton University where he studied politics, then earned a master’s in political science from Columbia University. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. He blogs at Legal Blogatory.
