From the Global Legal Hackathon 2019 Finals Gala in New York City, On The Road host Laurence Colletti talks to Christian Hartz, Marianna Matokhniuk, Axel Goldmann, and Benjamin Polster of Team Uthority. The team gives an overview of their product, Uthority App, which lets users simplify legalese in official communications, translating the letters into plain language to help people identify whether they are facing a legal problem. The app then shows users’ rights, suggests next steps, and offers templates for creating formal replies.
