In this report from On The Road at ABA Annual Meeting 2018, host Victor Li talks to Dan Rodriguez, Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum, William Hurd, and Wisconsin Solicitor General Misha Tseytlin about the actions and prerogatives of the state attorneys general in the current political climate. They discuss some of the lawsuits brought against the current administration, how they compare to lawsuits in the past, and whether judges with different political affiliations will deter attorneys general from filing these suits.
