Changes in the environment also herald changes in the laws that protect the environment. In this report from On The Road at ABA Annual Meeting 2018, host Laurence Colletti talks to Tina Campbell Hebert, Brian Daly, David Silverman, Hari Osofsky, and Dan Rees about climate change and the law. They discuss how courts are playing an important role in framing adaptation and mitigation policy, how communities are adapting to changes in their environment, and whether laws are keeping up with the changes.
