Jennifer Novak

A native Californian, Jennifer F. Novak is a second-generation attorney experienced in successfully representing private businesses, individuals, and government agencies for more than 20 years. She helped define the law on government decision-making and uses that knowledge to reach the best technical, economical, and practical solutions for her clients.

Jennifer’s experience began after law school when Jennifer was honored to serve as a research attorney for the Honorable Norman L. Epstein of the California Court of Appeal. Wanting to become a trial attorney, Jennifer then trained as a litigation defense attorney, working for highly-regarded trial attorneys in the private sector. She brought her training and sense of civic duty to the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, where she spent ten years helping writing the law on water quality, government discretion, due process, and other environmental issues.
