Susanna Rychlak Allen

Susanna Rychlak Allen is a trial associate with Yetter Coleman, LLP. Susanna’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and includes experience representing clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, energy, and transportation, among others. Susanna has represented multiple clients in class action disputes over alleged unfair trade practices in both state and federal courts, and also has experience in disputes involving antitrust litigation, government investigations, civil RICO, and general tort claims. Susanna has experience at the trial and appellate level, including the cert-stage and merits stage of the Supreme Court.

 

Susanna received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as the Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She clerked for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C. Susanna earned the highest score on the July 2021 Texas Bar Exam.
