Roxanne was born and raised in Brentwood, California along with her two sisters and one brother. She attended Arizona State University, majoring in Public Service and Policy with a minor in Philosophy. After undergrad, she was accepted into law school at 21 years old. Roxanne is currently attending Southern University Law Center and is a rising 3L. A fun fact about Roxanne is that she loves cruises!
