Phylis J. Speedlin is a distinguished arbitrator and mediator with over 43 years of legal and judicial experience. She has mediated over 700 matters and arbitrated more than 400 cases. Her legal career included 17 years as a trial attorney in San Antonio, where she was among the first women litigators in the State of Texas. Her judicial career spanned 13 years during which she served as both a District Court Trial Judge and as an Appellate Justice.
