Philip Fairley is the president of the Rainmaker Institute, a marketing firm that specializes in comprehensive, data-oriented legal marketing for small to midsized law firms that incorporates not only lead generation, but lead conversion and client retention. Fairley is passionate about growing law firms with cutting-edge marketing and technology platforms. He developed Rainalytics®, the industry’s first business intelligence tool that tracks and analyzes law firm data. He’s a serial entrepreneur, founding tech firms catering to law firms and legal professionals. All of that led him to Rainmaker, wholly dedicated to helping legal professionals build their business.
Fairley is regularly invited to speak at legal association meetings and conferences. A native of New England now living in Arizona, he has been with his college sweetheart for more than 25 years, together raising three children. When he’s not working with attorneys to grow their business, he enjoys the desert life with his family, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, attempting to play golf, and coaching youth sports. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and his MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
