Patty Meagher is an in-house corporate paralegal at 3M with over 35 years of experience. She currently works on the corporate and securities law team. Her work includes SEC filings, Proxy statement, corporate board minutes, subsidiary governance for U.S., Canada and Latin America, and M&A matters. A Minnesota Certified Paralegal since 2021, she serves as MPA’s NFPA Primary & DPI, MPA Legal Paraprofessional Chair, and NFPA Annual Convention Chair.
