Olivier Van Borsel

A corporate M&A lawyer by background, Olivier Van Borsel is currently in a business development role to increase awareness around the Deloitte Legal practice and its 74 member firms in the US marketplace. Immediately after graduating law school, Oliver earned his master in marketing management as he is also passionate about sales and marketing. He started his career as a management trainee in a leading multinational bank where he learned the ins and outs of the financial industry and gained a solid experience in analyzing financial statements. After three years, he decided to continue his career as a corporate and M&A lawyer. He assisted clients in corporate transactions such as share and assets acquisitions, investment rounds and corporate reorganizations in a variety of industries and mainly for midcorps.
