Nina Pirrotti is a partner with the Connecticut firm of Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. She is a past president of the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association and represents clients in employment and civil rights litigation and negotiation.
Pirrotti is versed in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, religious creed, marital status, pregnancy, and national origin as well as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, contract disputes (including those involving restrictive covenant agreements), FMLA and related leave of absence issues, unpaid wages, severance agreements, and whistleblower claims.
Before she began empowering employees, Pirrotti represented survivors of physical violence at the Queens County District Attorney’s office of Career Criminal Major Crimes where she prosecuted homicides, gang assaults, and other violent crimes. She is an experienced trial advocate and served as lead counsel in some 25 jury trials and 50 bench trials. She earned her JD at the Yale University School of Law.
