As the Global Practice Leader, Managed Legal Services, Mark works with clients to develop outsourced talent solutions that allow them to reduce their legal fees while improving the quality of work performed on their behalf. The service offerings provided to legal departments include the development of robust contract management systems, dedicated contract negotiation and drafting teams, specialized legal research teams, law department spend analysis and compliance monitoring programs.
Mark lives in Richmond Virginia with Terri, his wife, of 25 years. They have two children: Ben is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in economics; Mollie is a sophomore at Boston University, majoring in marine sciences.
