Linda McGrath-Cruz has over 28 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal, specializing in products/premises liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice defense. A Florida Registered Paralegal and NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal (specializing in discovery, eDiscovery, trial practice, social security, and entity medical liability), Linda holds two paralegal certificates, a Bachelor’s in Paralegal Studies from Barry University, and a Master’s in Paralegal Studies from National Juris University.
In 2024, Linda transitioned from the day-to-day paralegal work to become the Program Coordinator and Lead Faculty for the new Paralegal Program at St. Johns River State College in Florida. She is also the founder of Perfectly Paralegal, a thriving community that offers resources, mentorship, an annual paralegal cruise, and much more to paralegals and legal professionals at all stages of their careers.
