Heather Russell Fine

Heather is an experienced trial attorney focusing her practice on complex product liability and mass tort defense matters, in particular in the representation of automotive manufacturers, regional product manufacturers, foodservice retailers and retail corporations.

Through her national practice, Heather manages all aspects of complex product liability cases from inception through to verdict and appeal. She helps clients develop strategies for suits and claims filed against them, guiding them through litigation to resolution — whether that resolution is an amicable settlement or trial.

She regularly provides counseling and training sessions for automotive clients and their employees regarding both litigation and pre-litigation issues. Heather also handles a wide variety of premises and personal liability cases, employment matters and Title IX investigations.

Heather graduated from Clark University where she was a member of the NCAA Division III varsity soccer team for four years. She received her juris doctor from the University of Maine School of Law.
