David Nomberg is a partner at the Birmingham, Alabama, Nomberg Law Firm, a practice that focuses on Workers’ Compensation, personal injury, automobile accidents, Social Security disability claims, and workplace accidents, among other areas. Nomberg was elected president of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) in 2025 and currently serves on the WILG executive committee and board of directors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ) and is a sustaining member of ALAJ and is chair of the ALAJ Workers’ Compensation Section. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama and his JD at the Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
