Chaitra focuses on employment defense litigation as well as internal investigations. She defends against discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and restrictive covenant claims. She has an interest in working with healthcare clients who employ and train residents and works with Graduate Medical Education programs to assist with employment and academic issues. She helps develop ACGME-compliance academic policies and advise clients on the same.
