Chad Aboud is a former General Counsel and BigLaw lawyer with a passion for unleashing the natural traits and skills within people. Beginning his career in a national law firm, he saw the potential in using natural skills and human connection to drive more successful, impactful and fulfilling careers, but didn’t see these ideas being taught or implemented.

At the core of Chad’s talks lies a simple yet profound truth: our natural skills and human bonds are the true catalysts for career success. Drawing from his tenure in a national Law Firm and his role as General Counsel of an international tech conglomerate, Chad unveils the untapped potential of integrating one’s innate abilities with the magic of human relationships.

Leaving BigLaw to travel the world, he searched for new ways to tap into the power of human bonds. Upon his return, he moved his legal career in-house, then became General Counsel of an international portfolio of tech companies. Since then, he’s built a thriving legal team and implemented legal technology that revolutionized the company’s operations.

His passion and purpose fueled him to launch his consulting & coaching business, using what he’s learned to lift as many others as possible.
