 Meghan Foley

Meghan graduated from Colby College. After teaching in New Orleans post-Katrina, Meghan worked for Catholic Charities, American Red Cross, and United Way. She has supported several federal disasters including the Disaster Horizon oil spill response, long-term recovery after flooding in Louisiana and Hurricane Irma, Hurricanes Dorian and Ian response, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Meghan currently serves as the National Emergency Disaster Services Director at The Salvation Army.
