Cathy L. Davis is an assistant professor and department chair of the criminal justice and legal studies departments at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. She has worked as a paralegal professional focusing on bankruptcies, insurance defense, civil litigation, and telecom law. Prior to joining Faulkner full time, she was an adjunct professor and a paralegal professional at the firm of Wilkerson & Bryan P.C. She’s active with the American Bar, NALA, and the Alabama Association of Paralegals. She earned a master’s degree in paralegal studies from The George Washington University and a master’s degree in justice administration from Faulkner University. She holds NALA certified paralegal/civil litigation and NALA advanced certified paralegal credentials.
