Especially during the pandemic, no one wants to feel like someone’s selling to them. So California lawyer, author, and speaker Mitch Jackson tells Laurence Colletti that lawyers need to use social media to focus on building relationships. Jackson says lawyers should find ways to meet the current need for positive human interaction, whether that’s video, podcasts, or other ways to communicate.
