Brett Burney is principal of Burney Consultants LLC, and focuses the bulk of his time on bridging the chasm between the legal and technology frontiers of electronic discovery.

Daniel Siegel is a practicing attorney who regularly represents attorneys and provides guidance on ethical and professional responsibility matters. He is also a full-time technology/law office workflow consultant.

Ben Schorr is a senior content developer at Microsoft.

David Ries is of counsel in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Clark Hill PLC, where his practice includes environmental, technology, and data protection law and litigation.

Dennis Kennedy is the adjunct professor at Michigan State University, College of Law.

Ashley Alfirevic is a marketing specialist for the ABA Publishing.
