Together they discuss his year as president including the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta, the historic U.S. Supreme Court session, crisis in confidence in the criminal justice system, and changes in the legal marketplace due to legal technology. Hubbard finishes the interview with suggestions for future ABA presidents and his plans after such a busy year.
