Santini discusses states that allow businesses to opt out of workers compensation, the “exclusive remedy” provisions of workers’ compensation law, dispute resolution in these states, and constitutional or legal challenges to the adequacy of these benefits. George Santini has had a private practice since 1984 focusing on workers compensation, personal injury, and domestic relations and is a speaker at the WILG conference.
