From data dumps, to spoliation, to delay of litigation, ethics and e-discovery do not always go hand-in-hand. However, on this edition of Digital Detectives, co-hosts Sharon D. Nelson, Esq., President of Sensei Enterprises, Inc. and John W. Simek, Vice President of Sensei Enterprises,  welcome the Honorable Herbert B. Dixon, Jr., who sits on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, to shed some light on the importance of ethics in e-discovery .
