Norman J. Rodich is a partner with the law firm of Palmieri Tyler in Irvine, California, where he has focused his practice on complex business and real estate litigation since 1986. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including real estate purchase and sale disputes, lease disputes, quiet title and specific performance actions, easement and boundary disputes, fraud actions, construction litigation, defense of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) suits, disputes involving real estate brokers and agents, contract actions, insurance litigation, trade secret, unfair competition and business torts, corporate and partnership disputes and corporate dissolutions. Mr. Rodich also represents real estate developers, general contractors and other parties in complex real estate, construction defect and insurance litigation. Mr. Rodich has handled and resolved numerous multi-party suits and pre-litigation disputes on behalf of developers and general contractors with the participation of insurance carriers. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Rodich serves as a neutral in complex business, real estate, and construction litigation cases.
Mr. Rodich has been actively involved with the California Lawyer’s Association Litigation Section (formerly the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California). He is an advisor to and past member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section and is the Statewide Chair of the Litigation Section’s Education Programs Committee.
Mr. Rodich is the Chair of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Section’s “Law Suits” statewide charitable clothing donation program, which he founded in 1996. Under the auspices of the Law Suits program, men’s and women’s business suits and career clothing are collected from across the state during an annual statewide clothing drive and donated to non-profit organizations dedicated to helping adults in crisis re-enter the workforce.
