Lynette Paczkowski is a partner at Bowditch & Dewey in Massachusetts where she advocates for her clients at trial and appellate courts across the state, primarily in the areas of Family Law and Probate Litigation. She is a Past President of the Worcester County Bar Association and formerly served as the Region 10 Delegate in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s House of Delegates. She currently serves on the Executive Council for NCBP, sits on the Board and Governance Committee of Community Legal Aid, is President of the Notre Dame Club of Worcester County, and is the Immediate Past Chair of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & MetroWest. In July, she will begin a 3-year term as the Northeast Regional Director of Notre Dame Women Connect. In 2023, she was appointed by Governor Maura Healey to serve on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission. She has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of its Top Women in Law (2023) and was named to the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2012. In 2011, she was one of seven women who founded the Young Professional Women’s Association in Worcester. As part of her work at Bowditch, Lynette is co-editor of the firm’s All in the Family blog.
