Surrounded by stellar criminal defense attorneys as a child, Jennifer has always respected and understood the value of personal freedom and the Constitution’s protections. Her passion for defending the accused led her to the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where she worked with people struggling to navigate the criminal justice system. In 2015, she decided to follow in footsteps left by her parents and sister and opened her own boutique criminal defense firm, Gerstenzang Law, in Encinitas, CA.
