Greg Garman is the CEO of Law Clerk and a partner at Garman Turner Gordon. Mr. Garman is a founding member of Garman Turner Gordonand and has been consistently rated one of the top bankruptcy and business restructuring attorneys in the country. His practice is concentrated in commercial and corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. He regularly represents debtors, trustees, official committees, secured creditors and other parties in matters involving hospitality, lending, high tech, gaming, airlines and real estate, among others. He has an active legal practice that is focused on assisting companies with financial restructuring and business reorganization. His strong judgment and negotiating skills as well as his “big picture” outlook have earned him recognition from his peers. Mr. Garman was named Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” in 2015 for bankruptcy restructuring and was separately named “Lawyer of the Year” in 2013 for bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Garman recently finished assisting a prominent regional development company in the restructuring of more than $250,000,000 in long-term debt. Mr. Garman previously represented Black Gaming LLC in its successful pre-packaged bankruptcy that resulted in the reduction of its long-term debt from $225,000,000 to $67,000,000. He currently represents a who’s who of developers, hedge funds and distressed companies. Prior to founding Garman Turner Gordon, Mr. Garman served as managing partner for Gordon Silver, a position he held since 2008.
