Will Thomas is an Assistant Professor of Business Law at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, who conducts research on the normative and conceptual foundations of corporate and white-collar crime. He frequently comments on issues of criminal law and business. Professor Thomas earned both his PhD in philosophy and his JD from the University of Michigan, and his BA from Columbia University.
