Will Hornsby served as staff counsel at the American Bar Association for more than 25 years and supported the Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services, the Legal Access Job Corps Task Force, and the Commission on the Future of Legal Services. In his position he advanced remarkable ways of providing legal services to those of moderate incomes, including unbundled legal services, lawyer incubators and technological efficiencies. He writes and speaks extensively on issues of ethics, technology and client development.
