Wendy Callaghan is chief innovation legal officer and associate general counsel at American International Group, Inc. (AIG). Wendy leads AIG’s Innovation Legal Group which is responsible for advising AIG’s businesses and function areas on innovation legal issues, including with respect to blockchain/DLT, IoT and AI/machine learning. Prior to this role, Wendy served as an attorney in AIG’s Technology Legal Group. Before joining AIG, Wendy was a member of the Technology Practice Group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP (formerly Shaw Pittman, LLP). She is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law where she graduated with High Honors and achieved Order of the Coif. She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
