Tyler Todd is the COO of 1Law and a partner with The Cochran Firm – Utah and has been practicing law since 2005. Tyler is an attorney with substantial experience in representing Plaintiff’s in civil litigation areas and has participated in numerous mediations and has successfully tried and arbitrated cases from start to finish. Tyler handles complex litigation cases involving personal injury, including negotiating settlements and working extensively with opposing counsel. He has managed all aspects of cases from inception through completion, including, client interviews, scheduling conferences, discovery, motion hearings and trials. He has extensive experience in motion practice with a keen grasp on the rules of civil procedure (Federal and State). Tyler’s number one goal is to protect and serve the best interests of his clients. He provides personal care to each client’s case and vigorously fights for his client’s rights.
