Tony Campiti is a labor and employment attorney in the litigation section at the Holland & Knight, LLP, Dallas office, representing management exclusively in client counseling and litigation. He advises employers on managing employees, workforce training, reductions in force, personnel policies and manuals, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, separation agreements, internal investigations, and compliance with anti-discrimination laws and other employment-related statutes.
Mr. Campiti also advises employers regarding labor and employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents employers in administrative investigations and proceedings, labor arbitrations and lawsuits involving covenants not to compete, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, wage and hour violations, family and medical leave violations, and employee theft and trade secrets issues. Mr. Campiti is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
