Tom Moore is a senior fellow at The Center for American Progress, where he focuses on democracy and government reform. Tom previously served as counsel and then chief of staff to former Federal Election Commission Chair Ellen L. Weintraub, where he advised the commissioner on all aspects of her duties, including policy and litigation matters, enforcement actions, communications, and management of the agency. He is a graduate of Davidson College and the Georgetown University Law Center.
