Tom Hall

Tom Hall is an appellate attorney with The Mills Firm in Tallahassee, Florida. The firm focuses on appellate matters exclusively and practices in all of Florida’s state and federal appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Hall was the Clerk of Court for the Supreme Court of Florida for 13 years. While Clerk Tom served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Courts E-filing Authority which operates Florida’s state wide efiling Portal. In addition to practicing law, Hall is President of TLH Consulting a company that offers Florida court operations consulting. Hall currently serves as a consultant to the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers and in that capacity provides non-legal advice to the Portal Authority Board. He additionally serves as vice chair of the Technology Committee of The Florida Bar’s Vision 2016 Commission and is vice chair of the Appellate Committee.
