Tiffany Shimada is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP and an experienced trademark attorney with a demonstrated history of helping clients protect brands through strategic intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement. Her practice focuses on trademark counseling and clearance, domestic and international trademark portfolio management, and copyright management and enforcement.
Shimada’s passion is helping creative brand owners protect and manage intellectual property, and she has worked extensively with clients in food and beverage, multi-level marketing, online marketplaces, entertainment, software as a service (SaaS), social media, healthcare, apparel, renewable energy, and aviation.
She has experience managing large trademark portfolios in the U.S. and enforcing rights internationally working in conjunction with foreign counsel. She has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and Utah Business Magazine’s list of Utah Legal Elite since 2017.
Shimada earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University, Bloomington, and her JD at the DePaul University College of Law.
