Taylor O’Toole is a J.D. Candidate at Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. During her time at Penn State, her paper centering around the the debate over whether or not student athletes are employees of their universities won first place in the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers 2017 Law Student Writing Competition. In the summer of 2017 she interned for the Office of the New York State Attorney General and has also previously served as a legal assistant at the Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski. She earned her undergrad from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
