Sibongile Ngako is a Harvard-educated corporate fintech and compliance executive leveraging her expertise and background to help empower women professionally, personally, and financially.

Sibongile has 20 years of financial services experience specializing in compliance and risk management. She was the 2017 GRBC Spectrum Award Winner for sustained exemplary performance and commitment.Currently, Sibongile is the Vice President of Consumer Compliance and the Head of Global Compliance for Affirm Inc, a leading financial technology company. One of her top responsibilities includes leading the company’s efforts in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs (DEI). In addition, she oversees the company’s expansion into new geographic markets and serves as a mentor in the company-sponsored URG programs.

Sibongile built her reputation on finding creative ways to address complicated challenges both from a business and regulatory standpoint while ensuring that the company remains compliant. On a more personal note, her upbringing, family, and work ethic drive her to act as a financial advocate for those needing advice and assistance.
