Sean Wheeler

Sean Wheeler is a corporate partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters for companies in the energy industry. He has led more than 30 IPOs since 2010, and, in 2016 alone, advised issuers and underwriters on more securities offerings than any other Texas-based partner.
