Scott Trost

Scott Trost has been representing working people across the country for over 30 years and in the last five years, has personally represented over 400 mesothelioma victims and their families. He has practiced labor law, litigating for hundreds of cases for senior citizens, injured workers, and victims of domestic violence. Trost has spent the last twenty years advocating for the rights of Vietnam War veterans and is frequently invited to speak at national legal conferences.
