Robert M. Klein is an accomplished civil litigator focused on resolving personal injury cases. Mr. Klein’s focus over the last 30 years has been representing personal injury victims. After graduating from Southwestern Law School in May of 1983, he was admitted to the California State Bar in January of 1984. Mr. Klein founded his own practice in January of 1994 specializing in all matters personal injury, which include wrongful death, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, automobile vs. pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and dog bites. He has successfully represented accident victims in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Whether his clients reside in the Greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or San Bernardino County, Mr. Klein strives to be accessible and responsive.
Mr. Klein has an established reputation within the legal community for achieving excellent results for his clients. He pays attention to each client’s case using his legal skills, experience, extensive knowledge of medical terminology, and attention to detail.
Since he began his professional career, Mr. Klein has been an active member of his professional and philanthropic community. In 1996, Mr. Klein became involved in ProVisors, a networking organization that has grown from 300 to over 4,500 trusted advisors since joining. He has acted as a Group Leader for over 11 years. In addition, Mr. Klein has been a member of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the State Bar of California since 2004. He acted as an Executive Committee Member for his first four years of joining, and then transitioned to an Advisor for 2 years. As of September 2017, Mr. Klein was appointed to, once again, serve on the Executive Committee. Over the past five years, he has spoken at the annual State Bar meeting and/or Section Education Institute on such topics as handling a plaintiff’s case, law firm technology, legal ethics and immigration issues in personal injury cases. Since 2011, Mr. Klein actively raises money by running marathons to support Concern Foundation, a charity specializing in Cancer research.
