Robbie Kaplan is an American lawyer specializing in commercial litigation and public interest law. She argued the landmark Supreme Court case United States v. Windsor, which struck down a key part of the Defense of Marriage Act, securing federal recognition for same-sex marriages. Formerly a partner at Paul, Weiss, she founded her own firm in 2017 and co-founded the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund in 2018.
