Rick Watson CLU, ChFC, CFP, is the managing force behind several companies: a registered investment advisor firm, an investment fund, and a management company. In addition, as a founding partner of the National Referral Network, he helps professionals strengthen and grow their businesses by helping them grow, run better, and maximize their exits.
Early in his career, Watson’s team found that many financial advisors, attorneys, and accountants struggle to run their businesses effectively and that these firms faced similar issues. Most had zero training in effectively running a business, making achieving the growth they sought difficult. His team routinely helps others strengthen their value proposition and find their worth while building systems that generate more internal referrals and greater overall success. Watson earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Riverside.
