Richard Finkelman is managing director at the Washington, D.C office of Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a global firm that provides expertise in disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance advancement. He is a nationally recognized technology expert who brings more than 30 years of experience helping clients manage information and technology in litigation, compliance, and business.
His experience includes assisting clients with machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions in dispute resolution and financial service industries. He has helped multinational companies implement anti-bribery and third-party compliance programs as well as litigation technology systems.
Finkelman’s litigation experience includes supporting and providing expert witness testimony. He has served clients across numerous industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, government, healthcare, financial, and consumer products.
He is a frequent speaker at industry events and coauthored the chapter “Staying Up to Speed with Changes in E-Discovery,” published in Ethics in e-discovery, part of Thomson Reuters/Aspatore’s “Inside the Minds” series.
Finkelman earned his bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University and earned accreditation in the implementation of AI in business strategies from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
