Raquel Flores

Raquel Flores is a vice president of the legal practice group at Robert Half, a premier talent solutions firm. During her more than nine-year career in the recruiting and staffing industry, Raquel has specialized in the legal field, successfully placing thousands of job seekers in rewarding careers and receiving recognition for her leadership performance. Outside of work, she serves as the vice president for the Washington Metropolitan Area Graduate Chapter of Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority, which focuses on educating, elevating, and empowering all women. In her spare time, Raquel is an avid runner and a real estate investor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
