Puja is an associate in the Antitrust practice group, advising clients on a range of antitrust and competition issues. Her practice concentrates on antitrust clearance of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation and non-merger antitrust investigations.
Puja currently serves as the Vice Chair to the NYSBA Antitrust Section’s Mergers Committee and the Young Lawyer Representative to the ABA Antitrust Section’s Agriculture and Food Committee.
